Introvert is the type of personality just like Extrovert ,why it’s come to my mind is because when boys are shy ,sensitive ,intelligent but not very social people feel very worried, these are stereotypes character we want all boys to be very social, brave and they must participate in every out door game most important thing which we teach or accept from  our boys are ‘Boys  don’t Cry ‘, yes we forget that boys are human beings too ,it’s ok if they cry ,it’s ok if they are creative and its OK if they like other subjects like paintings, drama, arts yes it’s really OK ,Its OK if they like indoor games more than out door ,it’s OK if they are emotional ,there is nothing wrong in it ,in Pakistan if boys are sensitive and not very social we call them یہ تو بلکل لڑکیوں جیسا ہے  they are just like girls and  make fun of them in gatherings ,we forget how harmful this is for their mental health we are destroying their personality due to our own ignorance.

In an extroverted society, the difference between an introvert and an extrovert is that an introvert is often unconsciously deemed guilty until proven innocent.

Yes exactly wether it’s girls or boys we consider them guilty we make them feel guilty ,in schools or colleges we  call them Mama’s Boy .
What we need to do is try to accept that they are different and it’s OK ,they are as much human as others .
Try to accept and respect the differences. If we start celebrating these differences the world become more beautiful ,there are no psychological issues if we start giving them enough space .
Try to understand ‘It’s OK To Be Different ‘.

Mental Pain Is As Real As Physical Pain

Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain, but it is more common and also more hard to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increase the burden. It is easier to say, “My tooth is aching” than to say “My heart is broken”.
It’s difficult to express your emotions some times and it’s more difficult for others to understand ..and when you feel people are not understanding you feel more helpless ,alone and ignored and that’s when problem started ,but why we not understand may be because we don’t give much attention to such mental issues and also don’t have much knowledge about them .
We need to start from schools to teach our kids that psychological pain and problem is as real as physical pain and problems ,give them as much attention and importance as you give to your physical problems.
